I will list these dogs separately, but they have lived together in a home for years, until the tragic death of their owner last week. They are unsettled, mourning their loss and not doing very well in kennels. They seem stunned.

Far left, the black dog is Blackjack, who was born in 2005. In the middle we have Texas (2003) and then Whiskey (2001). All are male, and all get along fine with other dogs.

Here’s what Sharon has to say about them:

“I really need an angel – or angels. Whiskey, Texas and Blackjack have happily lived together with their owner who tragically died last week. The’ve not taken too great to being back in the kennels after such a long time. They are very quiet and subdued, and in a bit of a shock. They’ve been spoiled rotten, and used to the warmth and comfort of a home.

Could anyone help?

Of course we’d like them to go together, but we know that’s a near impossibility. Could anyone take one or two of the boys (Whiskey and Texas are the more bonded, having lived together for longer)? They get on with the other dogs, so could one of them join your family?

If at ALL possible, could you help?”

UPDATE March 2012 – Whiskey, Blackjack and Texas have all been adopted and are no longer available!
