Apologies for the blurred pictures – Chunky is a lively and playful pup who hasn’t quite grown up yet! He is two years old, so should settle down soon, but at the moment, he’s a little bit cheeky. He’s great in the house, though, so he will make a lovely family dog, and due to his lively nature may take particularly well to training.

Chunky is that rarest of greyhound colours, a blue – in his case mixed charmingly with white.

UPDATE June 2011: Chunky has now been re-homed and is no longer available.

Mungo is a sweet, lively puppy, under two years old, who simply wasn’t cut out for racing.  Sometimes he’d play the game, and other times he just didn’t feel like chasing anything!  He’s a pretty boy, mostly white, with a few brindle patches.

Already house-trained, he’s good with children or would be happy to live with a single person. He does like to be with you though. He’s just very good to get along with.

UPDATE: March 2013 – Mungo has now been adopted and is no longer available.

Bree is a very active and happy young fawn-coloured girl – quite a dainty little thing, and only two and a half years old. Though she retired with a wrist injury, this has now healed and should cause her no further trouble.

She is extremely lively, but very food oriented, which should make her easy to train with a clicker and small treats. While greyhounds aren’t usually chosen for this type of activity, Bree might be a good choice for someone looking for a dog to train for agility.

UPDATE OCTOBER 2010: Bree has now been adopted and is no longer available.

Three year old black dog and quite small.

Bolt is one of the most loving dogs I’ve ever had. He’s excited about everything in a curious, childish kind of way – a great dog! You can see he could not even stop wagging his tail for the picture.

Bolt would love to find a nice large family to call his own. House trained.

UPDATE – 5th December 2010: Bolt has now been rehomed and is no longer available.

Princess is a dainty little black and white girl, who was simply too slow to continue her race training.

She is not yet two years old, so she’s still very much a pup, but she’s very sweet. She can be a little shy until she gets to know you, but then her playful self will come out, and she can be quite lively.

UPDATE (July 2010): Princess has now been adopted and is no longer available.
