UPDATE: Aug 2012 – Mary has now been adopted and is no longer available.

Lucky Mary was one of two greyhounds adopted from Brambleberry. Here are some pictures of her in her new home, one of them with her companion, Tonto.

And below is her description from her days in the Brambleberry kennel, before she was adopted!

Mary is a gorgeous blue brindle girl, only two and a half years old.

She has a very quiet, calm temperament, and is happy to laze around most of the day.  In the kennel, she only really gets excited at dinner time!

Here’s Ginny – she’s a pretty girl, 4 years old, and blue.

Despite her small size, Ginny can be very strong and tends to pull on the lead so she will need a more experienced owner. However, she loves people and loves children, and she is already housetrained.

Because of her strong personality, we think Ginny would be happier as an only dog.

Tiny is a small, black greyhound girl of only two and a half years old.

She retired from racing with a broken leg, and although it is completely mended, she walks with a limp. The vets have said that it’s in her mind, and hopefully it’s just a habit she will get out of.

Tiny is a friendly soul, and is already housetrained.
