Lovely Herbie is a four year old brindle male.

Poor Herbie has always looked older than his years, and this has put people off choosing him, but despite his grey face, he is a young dog!

He is an affectionate boy, and I think he’s very handsome. He has also spent time in Sharon’s house, so is used to living indoors.

UPDATED December 2016: Herbie has now been adopted and is no longer available.

Peanut-800

Here’s Peanut! She’s a rather lovely dark brindle, five years old.

Peanut is great in the house and a real food-oriented girl, so she should have a head start on training. She is a bit stand-offish when you first meet her, but once she comes out of her shell she is very playful.

She may prefer a quieter household, as she takes her time to get to know new people.

Pretty little Zia is a four-year-old brindle girl.

Sharon says that the best way to describe her is ‘prim and proper’ – She doesn’t like rain or mud on her dainty paws! Though she doesn’t jump up, she is very affectionat and she loves a fuss. Zia also loves going out for a walk.

Brian-1

What a beautiful dog Brian is!

He is a handsome brindle with white feet and chest, and the most lovely deep golden brown eyes. He is four and a half years old, he loves his food and his walks, and he doesn’t pull on the lead. He also has a teddy which he adores.

However, Brian cannot live with cats and would be best in a family with no small dogs either, because he can be boisterous and tends to play too roughly with them. He lives with three smaller dogs at present, which he is used to, but it would take time for him to adapt to new ones.

There are two dogs called Brian currently available for rehoming at Brambleberry, so when talking with Sharon, please be sure to let her know you are interested in the brindle one!
